Beyond an organizational leader, Michael’s bachelor’s, and post-graduate studies center around business acumen. His technical expertise includes specialized experience as an acquisition and contracting subject matter expert. His concentration has been leading-edge and major system research development test and evaluation efforts.

Jim is a senior executive and experienced Chief Operating Officer in defense contracting. He advises DDC as an expert in acquisition, contracts, and business development. Jim is a distinguished military officer and prior Government director of Contracts. Education in Business Management and National Security in Resource Strategies.
Paul Puckett
Paul is a senior executive and experienced Chief Technology Officer for the Information and Technology business segment. His expertise comes from a long history of technical experience most recently as the Director of the Enterprise Cloud Management Agency. Paul advises DDC regarding Cloud Management and Cyber Security.
